NordOps Consulting builds your custom systems. You see progress throughout and test with real data before signing off. The fee is invoiced in equal monthly instalments across the engagement, which runs at least three months past delivery so we are still with you while it beds in.
Invoiced monthly across the engagementSource code is transferred to your own code repository. Admin access, infrastructure, and documentation transfer to you. From this moment, you are fully independent. You can modify, extend, or hand the system to any developer — forever.
You own everythingThe relationship does not stop when the build does. And if it ever does stop — if you decide you would rather run everything yourself — anything we delivered at the end carries a 60-day warranty. While we are still working together you do not need one, because we are still here. The retainer continues, rescoped to match what we now run for you — though you are fully equipped to run independently from day one if you would rather.

During the build you get full admin access and test the system with real data. Because the fee is spread evenly across the engagement rather than falling due at the end, you are never asked for a large final payment on something you have not already been using.
