These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Scope of Work: All consulting services are described in individual engagement proposals and contracts. The scope of work is limited to what is explicitly stated in the signed agreement.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement, 50% of fees are due upon engagement signing and 50% upon project completion or go-live.
Timeline: Project timelines are estimates based on the described scope and your team's availability. Changes in scope or delays in your team's participation may affect timelines.
Upon full payment of engagement fees, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project (custom code, designs, documentation). We retain the right to use generalized methodologies, frameworks, and learnings from your project to improve our services for other clients.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes data about your customers, operations, and business metrics.
Our role is advisory and implementation support. We are not your legal counsel, accountants, or auditors. For legal, financial, or compliance matters, consult appropriate professionals.
