What's included in the quoted price?

Design, development, testing, training, and handover. Everything needed to go live and for your team to own it independently. What's not included: ongoing support (that's the maintenance packages). Revisions beyond scope are billed hourly.
Can we do a smaller, phased engagement?

Yes. The packages are designed to be modular. You can start with Foundation and expand to Self-Service later. Or we can break out individual builds and charge hourly. Let's talk about what works for your budget and timeline.
What happens if we exceed the expected timeline?

The engagement fee covers the core scope. If unforeseen complexity emerges or requirements change, we'll discuss it openly and adjust. We work with you to find a path forward—either scope reduction or an agreed-upon hourly rate for overages.
Do you offer payment plans?

Typically, 50% upfront and 50% on go-live. For larger deals, we can discuss milestone-based payments. Let's chat about what structure works for your cash flow.
What if we don't need full maintenance after launch?

Maintenance is optional. You can go without. But most clients find that a few hours per month of ongoing optimization and support is worth the cost. We're here if you change your mind.
